DESCRIPTION
Kaqin-07 building wall insulation system blend polyol is a kind of  rigid PU foam blend polyol, specially used for the insulation of building external wall. It used together with Isocyanate(PM-200) to make rigid PU foam through PU spray machine. The foam produced has the characteristics as following:

1. Zero ozone depleting blowing agent 
2. The strong adhesive force, convenient construction and no seams.
3. The low thermal conductivity, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.
4. The long service life.

Discontinuous Sandwich Panel Rigid PU Foam
DESCRIPTION
Kanqin-07 is a kind of blend polyol used for discontinuous sandwich panel designed with HCFC-141B system. SD2232 type sandwich panel is a kind of thermal insulation panel which used for cold storage, using rigid PU foam as core layer, metal material or other materials as the surface of the panels. The sandwich panel can cover different kinds of materials such as color steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum plated zinc plat. This type foam has the following characteristics:

1. The production process is relatively simple, less equipment investment
2. The bonding of rigid PU foam and steel material is very good.
3. Good flame retardant performance, the index of oxygen can reach up 24%.
4. Easy install, cold storage construction is very convenient.
5. Cold storage panel can be used repeatedly.
